The Results
You will want your magnesium results to be higher than “normal!” Studies show that those levels are lower than optimal. The optimal level is around 6.8mg/dl. The test range will be somewhere around 4.0 and 6.4 mg/dl. This is the magnesium that I am taking now and is currently helping to raise my RBC Mag levels.
New studies show that the optimal range for vitamin D is between 80-110 mg/dl. Maybe higher if you are healing from disease. This vitamin D helped me to achieve optimal levels of 88 currently.
